5 Step Process to Decarbonisation.
LAND 360 in partnership with Mercia Group Services and South Staffordshire Plc have joined forces to develop a unique and complete renewable energy offering to provide businesses with all the electricity, heating and cooling they will ever need.
Our ‘5 Step Process to Decarbonisation’ links electricity generated from Solar, Wind or Hydro to Heat Pumps for heating and cooling with the electricity stored in Battery Storage systems to be used all year round.
A microgrid then optimises the system to ensure maximum efficiency, ensuring the energy generated is only used when it needs to be.

LAND 360 Limited hosted an event in partnership with The National Brownfield Institute, South Staffordshire Plc and MERCIA Group Services.
The event was for businesses interested in Renewable Energy Solutions helping to achieve their Net Zero targets leading to complete Decarbonisation for their energy needs.
Richard Canning, Head of Heat Pumps and Sustainability for South Staffordshire Plc and Jamie Fereday, Contracts Manager for Mercia Group Services have joined forces with LAND 360 Ltd to develop a unique offering that provides commercial premises with all the Electricity, Heating and Cooling they will ever need, a true ‘Off-Grid’ energy solution.
MAF Finance Group works with clients to come up with suitable finance arrangements that not only cover the payback period of initial capital outlay, but can also delay repayments until the renewable energy system is commissioned and handed over
Janet Bayley, Knowledge Transfer Manager for The National Brownfield Institute provided a tour showcasing the institutes state of the art facilities which are an absolute must see!

ATG Group, Signature Group
ATG Group, Signature Group and LAND 360 Limited identified a need for a complete turn-key solution for businesses that are considering developing Brownfield sites across the United Kingdom.
Previously, Brownfield sites had been overlooked due to the nature of contaminates and the cost to remediate the land. The National Brownfield Institute is a government backed initiative to transform the construction and housing sectors and was born out of a need for future developments to provide an alternative to green sites.
ATG Group LAND 360 Limited are working closely with The National Brownfield Institute which will soon be a centralised location for all Brownfield sites across the UK, to provide a service that includes the following;
- Identification and screening of suitable Brownfield Sites.
- A cost benefit analysis enabling companies to make an informed decision as to the validity of the site.
- Access to specialist environmental, geo-technical, construction, planning and legal advisors as well as use of the National Brownfield Institute’s state of the art facilities.
- Ongoing support through to project completion.
