Land 360 are headed up by husband and wife team, Lisa and Dan Downes, hence the L AN D.
Lisa DownesDirector
Back in 1997, Lisa made the transition from Registered Nurse to a long and distinguished career in the Care Sector.
Lisa has spent the last 25 years managing and commissioning care homes with some of the UK’s largest and most prominent care providers.
For the last 8 years, as a Commissioning Project Manager, Lisa has worked with contractors and planners to ensure new build care homes are up to the required standard. This involved recruiting and mentoring new staff, conducting Care Quality Commission inspections, all whilst maintaining her status as a Registered Nursing Home Manager.
Dan DownesDirector
Dan has spent the majority of his 30 year career providing solutions to his clients in the financial services sector helping both commercial and private clients and is a qualified Financial Advisor and Mortgage & Protection specialist.
For the last ten years, Dan has advised businesses with successful applications for commercial tax reliefs and putting strategies in place to ensure these vital funds help grow the business.
With Innovation and Sustainability key to any growth plans, Dan and Lisa work with the leading companies and organisations that have true credentials in their fields.
